Project Management

Navigating the complexities of design, procurement, and execution requires a dedicated team with expertise, experience, and an unwavering commitment to quality and timelines.

Project Management is about more than simply coordinating consultants and contractors. Part art and part science, professional project management requires dedicated leadership, enthusiasm, clear communication, decisive action, and meticulous attention to detail. Representing our clients best interests, we take the reigns and deliver projects with passion and commitment.

We work collaboratively with our clients from the outset to provide substantiated data and information enabling them to make fully informed decisions. Effective management of project costs is a key component to a project’s success. Our clients are afforded full transparency to project expenditure by way of close monitoring and detailed reporting. We constantly assess the cost-effectiveness of the design thus identifying alternative and build-ability solutions to ultimately add value, reduce cost and mitigate risk.

Our approach

This service in construction phase covers the full spectrum of project management services during the Construction Phase. This holistic coverage ensures that all aspects of the project are meticulously planned, executed, and monitored. Below is an in-depth description of the services included:

Project Planning and Scheduling

Developing a project's master schedule, including resource allocation, sequencing, and critical path analysis, is crucial for timely milestone achievement and proactive risk management, with regular adjustments ensuring its accuracy throughout.

Cost Management and Control

Based on the Bill of Quantities (BoQ), the process involves establishing and tracking project budgets, processing payments and change orders, and forecasting final costs, while continuously seeking opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.

Quality Assurance and Control

To ensure quality, a project's Quality Management Plan is implemented and monitored through regular site inspections and the oversight of workmanship and materials, with a focus on resolving any non-conformances and defects that arise.

Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Management

Ensuring site safety involves establishing and enforcing HSE policies and procedures, conducting regular safety inductions, audits, and toolbox talks, and investigating incidents to promote a strong culture of safety and environmental responsibility among all personnel.

Stakeholder Communication and Reporting

Effective communication involves maintaining clear lines of communication between all project stakeholders, organizing and chairing regular meetings to track progress and resolve issues, and providing comprehensive reports that include photographic documentation, financial updates, and schedule tracking to ensure client expectations are consistently met.

Change Management

To effectively manage changes, robust systems are implemented to assess the impact of proposed changes on cost, schedule, and quality, facilitating timely decisions and ensuring all changes are thoroughly documented and communicated to stakeholders.
