Our approach
Day to day site management of all construction related issues.
Monitor contractor/supplier is adhering to the agreed delivery plan.
Analyse and provide technical advice and recommendations relating to the architecture & interior design concept.
Ensure all awarded sub-contractors /suppliers comply with project requirements.
Collate and organize record documentation pertaining to contractor/supplier’s progress on site aided by photographic/videos reports.
Organize progress review meetings on a weekly basis.
Submit monthly progress reports.
